Nicole’s most significant role is as the CEO and Executive Director of the Talk2mefoundation, an organization dedicated to supporting children whose parents are incarcerated. This mission is deeply personal, as Nicole served 13 and a half years in federal prison. Her firsthand experience with the justice system gives her a unique understanding of the challenges and disparities faced by incarcerated women and their families.

Nicole is also the founder of The Sisters of Support house in Gary, Indiana, which provides a safe haven and support for formerly incarcerated women.
