Play For Justice

Represent Justice partnered with the Anti-Recidivism Coalition and NBA teams to organize basketball games and discussions in prisons, bringing together incarcerated individuals, athletes, and community members to promote hope and redemption.

An initiative in partnership with Anti-Recidivism Coalition and the NBA, Represent Justice facilitated a series of basketball games and intimate roundtable discussions that highlighted stories of hope, redemption and the power of sports and community inside prison facilities across the United States.

The games and discussions included currently incarcerated men and women, Represent Justice Ambassadors, and current and former NBA and WNBA players.

In select prison facilities, family members were able to attend and watch the game in addition to celebrity guests, elected officials, media and other residents of the prison facility. Represent Justice has facilitated games with the Los Angeles Lakers, Sacramento Kings, Milwaukee Bucks, Cleveland Cavaliers and Indiana Pacers among other teams.
