About Malika

Malika Kidd is a Project Manager at the Council of State Governments Justice Center. She was previously the Program Director of Workforce Development of a local nonprofit in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Project Manager at CSG, Malika works on initiatives to support economic mobility for people with criminal records. She offers guidance and facilitates discussions with criminal justice agencies, nonprofits, and reentry service providers as they develop and implement educational, workforce development, and subsidized employment programs. She has an Associate of Arts degree from Cuyahoga Community College, a  Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master’s of Business Administration from Cleveland State University. She was released from the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation & Corrections in 2015, after serving 14 years for drug trafficking.
